
Dr. Kyle Haverstrom
Kyle Haverstrom, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with specialized training in minimally-invasive procedures, trauma, sports medicine, and orthotic management. He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees; he then earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in Miami. Afterward, Dr. Haverstrom relocated to Philadelphia for a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle residency at Jefferson Health Northeast Hospital.
Upon completion of his training, Dr. Haverstrom became an associate at Family Foot Health Center in Rogers, Arkansas, where he continued to develop his strong surgical skills in treating pediatric injuries. With a talent for diabetic limb salvage and repairing high-energy trauma of the lower extremities, Dr. Haverstrom joined Modern Foot & Ankle and was selected to open the group’s first clinic in Pinellas County.
A former USF hockey player and lifelong Tampa Bay Lightning fan, Dr. Haverstrom is excited to return to his roots in Central Florida. When not treating patients, he enjoys hiking, playing hockey, and traveling with his wife, Jessica, and their Boxer, Lexie.
