Dr. Siegel Transitions to Full Time Administrative Role

A letter from Dr. Siegel:

As the New Year approaches, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we have shared since we first opened Modern Foot & Ankle in 2017. Starting this practice was both a leap of faith and a dream come true. Over the years, you have entrusted me with your care, shared your stories, and allowed me to grow not only as a podiatrist but as a person. Many of you have been with me since the earliest days of the practice, celebrating life milestones with me, including the start of my own family. Watching your lives evolve as mine has grown alongside yours has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this journey. For this, I am deeply grateful.

It is with mixed emotions that I write to inform you of a significant change. Beginning January 1, I will no longer be practicing clinically as I transition to a full-time administrative role. This decision was not made lightly. Modern Foot & Ankle has grown beyond anything I could have imagined, with 30 talented podiatrists and 25 locations serving communities across Florida and Texas. As we continue to expand, my focus will shift to ensuring that our practice remains a leader in podiatric care, committed to innovation and excellence for every patient who walks through our doors.

While I will miss the day-to-day interactions with each of you, I take comfort in knowing that your care will remain uninterrupted. The Lutz office is home to an exceptional team of podiatrists who share my passion for patient-centered care. Dr. Baker, with more than 40 years of experience, brings unparalleled expertise and wisdom to our practice. Dr. Haaksma, Dr. Prutch, and Dr. Shah are dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled professionals who are ready to provide the highest standard of care you deserve. I have full confidence in their ability to continue serving you with excellence and empathy.

If you already have an appointment scheduled with me after January 1, you will automatically be moved to another provider in Lutz. Monday appointments are moving to Dr. Shah and Dr. Haaksma. My Tuesday and Wednesday appointments are moving to Dr. Baker and Dr. Prutch. If you prefer to see another doctor, please call the office (813) 549-5678 to reschedule your appointment.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for giving me the honor of being your podiatrist. I am eternally grateful for your trust and support. As Modern Foot & Ankle enters this exciting new chapter, I look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of the practice—a success built on the foundation of your faith in us. Wishing you health, happiness, and comfort in every step,

Adam Siegel, DPM
